Megan has been part of the Virginia Dental Implant Institute family for nearly six years and brings valuable experience from her background in the medical field. She especially enjoys assisting in surgeries, helping patients through their procedures, and seeing the life-changing results that follow. Outside the office, Megan stays busy with her two kids and four dogs, often fostering and advocating for rescue animals. Between her son’s travel baseball schedule and her daughter’s horse riding and softball, there’s never a dull moment. In her free time, she and her husband love riding their motorcycles and exploring the beauty of the area as a family.

Brittany is a Surgical Dental Assistant with eight years of experience in dentistry, including the past two at Virginia Dental Implant Institute. Known for her outgoing personality and caring nature, she loves helping patients feel confident about their smiles and being part of an amazing, supportive team. Born and raised in West Virginia, Brittany now lives in Kearneysville and enjoys spending her weekends with her three daughters, whether it’s a quick day trip, a beach getaway, or simply making memories together.

Pamela - Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist
Pamela has been a dental hygienist for 15 years and loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health. Originally from Tennessee, she brings a friendly southern warmth to every appointment. Outside the office, Pamela enjoys hiking, riding her Harley motorcycle, and tending to her beehives. She’s the proud mom of three daughters and grandmother to three grandchildren, and she cherishes every chance to spend time with her family.

Jenny joined Virginia Dental Implant Institute in the summer of 2025, bringing creative energy and experience in marketing, social media management, community relations, and graphic design. Passionate about connecting with the community, she enjoys highlighting the life-changing work the practice does and sharing its story in meaningful ways. A Winchester local for over 13 years, Jenny stays active with her husband of nearly 20 years and their three kids, balancing a busy calendar of sports, spending time outdoors, and planning family trips together.
 Twanna - Office Manager

Twanna

Senior Patient Coordinator (Former Office Manager)

With over 30 years at Virginia Dental Implant Institute, Twanna has been a trusted and familiar face to generations of patients. While she has stepped back from her role as Office Manager, she continues to be an important part of the team, now welcoming patients at the front desk on a part-time basis.

Known for her warmth, dedication, and attention to detail, Twanna has played a key role in shaping the patient experience at our practice. Her favorite part of her work has always been helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident they’re in the right place.

Outside the office, Twanna recently celebrated 40 years of marriage with her husband, Ronnie. She enjoys trips to the Smoky Mountains, cheering him on at the drag strip, and spending cherished time with her grandsons.

Karen is the newest member of the Virginia Dental Implant Institute team, bringing a strong background in customer service, marketing, and administration. She has quickly become an essential part of creating a positive and seamless experience for every patient. Karen enjoys building genuine relationships and supporting the team to ensure each visit feels welcoming and efficient. Outside the office, she and her husband, college sweethearts from WVU, stay busy raising their three kids and two dogs. When she’s not cheering from the sidelines at her children’s sporting events, Karen loves reading and exploring new restaurants around town.
