Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
Virginia Dental Implant Institute is in-network with Delta Dental. We also participate with Cigna Dental discount programs, which may provide reduced fees depending on your plan. As a courtesy to you, we will file claims with all dental insurance companies and track claim status. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.
You are responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks, and any remaining balance is your responsibility.
New Patients: We offer a free consultation and will provide clear, upfront pricing based on your recommended treatment plan. When your treatment plan is presented, we can also submit a pre-determination to your insurance company upon request to help you better understand your estimated benefits prior to moving forward.
No Referral Needed: You do not need a referral to schedule an appointment with our office.
