• Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and personal checks.

• Insurance coverage is billed as a courtesy; patients are responsible for any remaining balance.

We now work with proceed finance! Offering Financing  Up to $50k & up to 144 months!

We offer Proceed Financing for patients who prefer monthly payment plans. You can apply online to see if you qualify and receive a quick credit decision. This helps make your treatment more manageable over time.
